In accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26, Siemens Industry Inc., Mobility Division Rolling Stock, hereby proposes an overall goal of 5.50 percent for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation in contracting opportunities during Fiscal Year 2016 (October 2015 – September 2016). Siemens will also assist those companies which have proven experience and meets Siemens supplier standards in the certification process for both DBE / SBE status.
